nice conveinient near the airport. good beds

noisy from connecting room , and some windows look on concrete 2 meter away

Hotel is still undergoing renovation and the room is relatively small.

value add plus, like swimming pool, jacuzzi, free massage, and all you can eat breakfast :P

about the room, especially old air conditioning and the view outside my room, it's too quite and full of wall separator

5 min from side beach, not the central. No opening windows, only ac. free shuttle to airport. Poor breakfast.

Nice pool on the top, good breakfast, fine restaurant inside. Free airport transfer. Free Internet. comfortable room.

The location is too busy for me, the next beach is only 700m but not clean and empty, I need all days transfer to Sanur - Sindu Beach (good!)

The staff at the reception didn't get our reservation, we had to print it in the lobby. The roof top swimming pool was closed. The hotel room was clean but we had 2* feeling. Noisy a/c, dirty window cannot be opened. Definitely not worth the money.

free wi-fi, location

this hotel is not restored, maybe repainted... The panoramic view of Kuta, well the hotel only has 3 or 4 levels... the breakfast is very local... There are other hotels where You get better value for your money.

It was super great hotel with good breakfast. Stuff was excellent and helpfull. I could also store my luggage there for free for 3 days after I left. Perfect hotel, I will deffinately go there again!

Wireless didn't work in our room

Transfer in and out services to Kuta and airport..friendly staff and the location..away from the hassle of Kuta/Legian

When we required for iron the front desk staff said there is no such facilities

Staff were very friendly and competent. Breakfast buffet was very well done.

Air conditioning in the hallways would be an improvement. Poolside jacuzzi was cold and pump motor terribly loud.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and always helpfull, free wifi and the room nice and clean very quiet and breakfast was really nice and have lots of choice, I would recomment this hoyel to all my friends and colleague .. We even got a nice bellboy who asked me if I need a transfer to the airport !!! I am very pleased with hotel !!

Best location near airport and transfer

Room not comfortable, worse decorated. Very noisy because air condition equipment near the window ( outside ).

The Hotel was close to the Airport, and convenient location to do shopping and eat out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had booked an Executive room, but was smaller when compared to the hotel rooms in other countries visited by us. Also, the breakfast should be more variety.

The efficient and courteous staff, king size bed, security. Ease of access to the beach, shopping and transport.

Unable to open any windows and having to rely on air conditioning all the time, the air in the hotel was stale and stuffy.
